Nawaz Sharif shifted to PIMS after health complications

Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, jailed earlier this month over graft charges, has been moved to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims) from Adiala prison amid tight security.
The move came hours after jail authorities told the Interior Ministry about Sharif’s health complications. He complained of pain in chest and left shoulder. An ECG test was conducted at the prison and found to be unsatisfactory.
