MMA’s Power show in Lakki Marwat

The candidates of Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf have accelerated their election campaign in a bid to win the national and provincial assembly seats in the Lakki Marwat district.
A neck and neck contest is expected between Malik Noor Saleem of MMA and Dr Hisham Inamullah Khan of PTI in PK-92, Lakki Marwat-II. Mr Saleem had won the seat in the 2013 general elections, defeating Anwar Saifullah Khan with a big margin. This time the Saifullahs are out of the election arena and have fielded their close relative, Dr Inamullah for the provincial seat.
The constituency mainly consists of rural localities where religious vote plays key role in deciding the fate of candidates.
