The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the decision of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Jahangir Tareen’s disqualification by dismissing a review petition that had challenged the disqualification verdict.

Moreover, the SC also refused to form a full bench to hear a review petition filed by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hanif Abbasi.

Abbasi’s petition is against the Supreme Court’s decision to dismiss the disqualification case against PM Imran.
