The 38-year-old West Indian has become more focused on his batting in the twilight of his career, but the destructive opener proved he’s still nimble in the field after grabbing a stunning one-handed catch in the Canadian Twenty20 League final.
Gayle was captaining the Vancouver Knights, with Black Caps paceman Tim Southee in his side, against the West Indies B team in the decider of the inaugural Canadian competition on Sunday (Monday NZ time) when he made the catch.
