On Thursday, Federal Minister for Information, Fawad Chaudhry stated that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and three-time former prime minister, Nawaz Sharif would undoubtedly go back to jail. Fawad Chaudry stated that he is ‘100 per cent’ sure that it will happen.
He further remarked that the facts in Hill Metal case are crystal clear which shows that Nawaz Sharif is the company’s chief executive officer (CEO).The federal government’s spokesperson mentioned that the money was sent to Hill Metal’s account from where it was sent to a driver and then cook’s account. This way, ultimately, an amount of Rs80 million was deposited in Maryam Nawaz’s account.
In addition, the minister claimed that almost all the people charged with corruption sent plans of National Reconciliation Ordinance-like (NRO) union to Prime Minister Imran Khan.However, when asked about the names of those who have made such advances, the information minister decided not to reveal the identities.
He claimed that Nawaz Sharif was residing in Saudi Arabia for a decade due to the outcome of a deal with Pakistan’s previous president and dictator, Pervez Musharraf, yet, no one now recalls the Sharif family name over there.
