The PM facing the NAB case will make him respectable, says Chairman of NAB

The Chairman of NAB shares his thoughts on the PMs involvement  with the case. He says that if the opposition is willing to engage with the case then why isn’t the Prime Minister. He also stated that NAB with not come under any pressure or sign an National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO).

In a statement to the media, Justice (R) Javed Iqbal, Chairman of the National Account Bureau said that the PM should not be exempt to a probe by the bureau. If the opposition has agreed to an anti-graft body probe then the Prime Minister is not immune from the same proceedings.

He stood by his stance that NAB will work so that the rule of law triumphs and thaty the case against PM Imran Khan is not disrespectful but something that he should be proud of.
