On Tuesday, October 29, 2018, Nawaz Sharif, the former Prime Minister reached the Parliament House where the the opposition leader, Shehbaz Sharif welcomed him at the entry. He was brought there by the NAB so that he could be present at the National Assembly session.
The former PM will be present at the PML-N’s parliamentary meeting. Nawaz Sharif is having discussions with the opposition leaders over the proposed All Parties Conference, JUI-F chief Fazal-ur Rehman is carrying out in a next few days. This is the first time that Nawaz Sharif will be showing up in the Parliament after being removed as the Prime minister.
On Monday, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) spokesperson, Marriyum Aurangzeb announced that Nawaz Sharif would be meeting his brother, Shahbaz Sharif at his hall where the current political situation in the country and the route it will be taking in the future would be discussed.
Earlier this month,the PML-N President, who was seized by the NAB in Ashiyana Housing Scheme was allowed by an accountability court to attend the NA session after Speaker Asad Qaiser launched his production order.
