Trump calls on world leaders to ‘Isolate’ Iran

U.S. President Donald Trump has called on world leaders gathered at the U.N. General Assembly to “isolate Iran’s regime as long as its aggression continues,” accusing Iranian leaders of sowing “chaos, death and destruction.”

“They do not respect their neighbors or their borders or the sovereign rights of nations. Instead, Iran’s leaders plunder the nation’s resources to enrich themselves and to spread mayhem across the Middle East and far beyond,” Trump said a speech to the General Assembly Tuesday.

         Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Tuesday said President Donald Trump intended to rebuild the US relations with Pakistan.
“I met with President Trump at the reception where I had the opportunity to discuss Pakistan-US relations with him. I requested him that we have had cordial relations and need to rebuild them,” he said while speaking to PTV after meeting the US president on the sidelines of the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly.
          Charities operating the last search and rescue ship aiding migrants in the central Mediterranean have appealed to France for help, after Panama revoked the vessel’s registration.
The Aquarius 2, operated by nongovernmental organisations Doctors Without Borders (MSF) and SOS Mediterranean, is currently at sea carrying more than 58 migrants plucked from inflatable boats in recent days.
